Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in fueling Kibeeri’s revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and nurturing high-value partnerships. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, pitch to potential partners, and form long-term relationships that support Kibeeri’s ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Kibeeri’s growth objectives as a hyper-growth startup.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with top-tier businesses, including major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Aliexpress, and eBay.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive impactful, long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals that enhance Kibeeri’s product comparison services and expand its market reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to ensure partnerships align with Kibeeri’s vision and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competition, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track partnership performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue and partnership impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a network of contacts in relevant industries, especially within e-commerce.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
