Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Kibeeri, you will play an important role in helping us grow by identifying new partnership opportunities and contributing to deal negotiations. You’ll work closely with senior business development leaders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, manage relationships, and help expand our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of a business development strategy that aligns with Kibeeri’s growth objectives.
- Identify and research new partnership opportunities with businesses in the e-commerce and tech industries.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Participate in negotiations and help close deals that drive Kibeeri’s product comparison services forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to align partnerships with company goals.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, competition, and market changes to support partnership strategies.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Help track and manage the performance of partnerships to ensure success.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, tech, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to support business decisions.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
